Abstract
The invention provides a method for detecting cardiovascular disease, which comprises the following steps: providing a biological sensing transistor which includes a base and a response electrode. The base has a source, a drain and a gate surface disposed therebetween. The response electrode is spaced apart from the gate surface of the base, and has an electrode body and a receptor immobilized thereon for binding with a cardiovascular disease biomarkers, and applying a pulse voltage that has tunable pulse width and pulse height to the response electrode, causing in a voltage difference between the response electrode and the gate surface, and measuring a detection current which generates from the base in pulse width as to obtain the first sensing indicator.
