Abstract
The invention provides a kit for rapidly detecting a target nucleic acid fragment comprising a magnetic bead; an inner primer pair and an outer primer pair suitable for loop-mediated isothermal amplification; and reagents for loop-mediated isothermal amplification. The invention also provides a kit for detecting pathogens in fish, a method for rapidly detecting a target nucleic acid fragment, and a method for detecting pathogens in fish.
