Abstract
The present invention provides a method for controlling moveable inductor by applying magnetic force and the device thereof, the steps comprise providing a substrate; forming a first structure layer on the substrate, wherein the first structure layer has a protruding portion connecting to each sides thereof; forming at least two moveable structures on the substrate, wherein the moveable structures connect to the protruding portion; forming a melting layer located at least on the moveable structures; and providing a alternating magnetic field to elevate the first structure layer through the moveable structures by using the principle that repelling between same polarity.
