本实用新型公开了一种手持式过氧化氢产生装置,包括一容置液体的容器、一气体扩散电极、一电解电极、一供电单元及一液体雾化元件。容器的顶侧及侧壁分别至少各设有一开口。气体扩散电极设置于容器侧壁开口上,以密封开口。气体扩散电极为多孔性的导电材质,其朝向容器的一面具有疏水性以及一涂布于该面上的触媒层,另一面具有透气性以供容器外的氧气进入气体扩散电极中。电解电极设置于容器内。供电单元的一端电性耦接至气体扩散电极,另一端电性耦接至电解电极。气体扩散电极能使进入到其触媒层三相区内的氧气与液体电解产生的氢离子结合,以生成过氧化氢。液体雾化元件设置于容器顶侧开口,可将含过氧化氢的液体雾化喷出。
