一種採用超材料高通濾波器之透明導電電極包含一基板以及一金屬層。金屬層設置於基板之表面,且具有多個周期性圖案,其中多個周期性圖案彼此連接,以形成具有網目之超材料結構,且周期性圖案之網目尺寸小於可見光之平均波長。上述採用超材料高通濾波器之透明導電電極具備較高之透光性以及導電性、製程溫度較低以及可撓曲等優點。
A transparent conducting electrode using a metamaterial high pass filter includes a substrate and a metal layer. The metal layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate and has a plurality of periodic patterns, wherein the plurality of periodic patterns are connected with each other to form a metamaterial structure with subwavelength meshes, and size of open area of the periodic pattern is smaller than the average wavelength of visible light. The abovementioned transparent conducting electrode using the metamaterial high pass filter has advantages of higher transmittance and conductivity, lower process temperature, and flexibility.
