Abstract
A method for attaching a conductive particle to the apex of a tip comprises the steps of: approaching the apex of a tip to a conductive particle and applying a bias voltage between the tip and the conductive particle so that the conductive particle can attach to the apex. The method only and directly uses a bias voltage to transfer and attach conductive particle to the apex, and no surface treatment of the tip is required. Therefore, the method proposed by the present invention is simple, and has low-cost and high-yield advantage.
