Abstract
A acid ring-substituted polyaniline-grafted hydrogel is provided. The acid ring-substituted polyaniline-grafted hydrogelhas the general formula:The A is protic acid group. The acid ring-substituted polyaniline-grafted hydrogel is formed by the polymerization and substitution reaction between chitosan, polyaniline, and protic acid. The acid ring-substituted polyaniline-grafted copolymer can behaves as a pH-responsive hydrogel with photothermal properties and can be applied to the photothermal therapy.
