Abstract

The present invention provides a method of enhancing electric output of piezoelectric polymers and a fabrication process of piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid thin films. The fabrication process includes producing the piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid solvent by uniformly mixing the PVDF-Trfe powders and the PEDOT:PSS powders, forming the piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid thin film by solvent casting, recrystallizing the piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid thin film for polarizing the piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid thin film. Thereby, the fabrication process decreases resistant of the piezoelectric/conductive polymer hybrid thin film for promoting efficiency.
