Abstract

The invention provides a dichloropropanol manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof, and is suitable for reacting glycerol and a hydrogen chloride water solution in the presence of a catalyst to generate dichloropropanol. The dichloropropanol manufacturing device comprises at least one reactor, a first distillation tower, a first phase splitter and a first water supply device. The first distillation column is connected to at least one reactor, and the first distillation column includes a first side stream outlet to take out the first side stream product. The first side stream product includes a water first phase splitter having a purity of 85 wt% to 100 wt%, connected to a first distillation column, so as to form a first aqueous phase product in the first phase splitter and a first organic phase product comprising dichloropropanol. The first water supply device is directly connected to the first phase splitter, and the high-purity water of the distillation column is taken out, and the reaction conversion rate of reactants can be improved; the reaction conversion rate of the reactants can be increased; the reaction conversion rate of the reactants can be increased; the reaction conversion rate of the reactants can be increased; the reaction conversion rate or the yield of the chloropropanol is reduced; meanwhile, the addition of the extracting agent is avoided, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
