Abstract
Provided is one kind of integrated micro fluid biochip which has a base, a micro fluid layer and a driving layer. The base is provided with a magnet winding area having a thin metal layer and the magnet winding area is covered with a protecting material. Such micro fluid layer has a plurality of through grooves and a plurality of micro channels linking such through grooves. The driving layer is provided with the corresponding through grooves and is further provided with at least two sets of driving devices. The micro fluid layer and the driving layer are stacked on the base sequentially. By mixing the magnet beads with the hybrid specimen and utilizing the driving device to proceed to mix and shake to make the beads take the specific target in the hybrid specimen, the isolation, purification, condensation can be achieved, and further the polymerase chain reaction or the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction can be carried out.
