Abstract
The present invention relates to an integrated microfluidic electro-spray chip system and the analysis method thereof, which integrates the trypsin reaction, solid phase extraction mechanism, electrophoresis mode and mass spectrometric test in the system. The sample is hydrolyzed and desalted, and condensed for being introduced into the microfludic electro-spray chip for proceeding the electrophoresis. Finally, the separated sample is introduced into the mass spectrometer in the way of electro-spray, so as to proceed continuous and rapid on-line/real-time test and identification, which can be applied in the identification of biochemical material (e.g. protein).
