Abstract
A digital data detecting method, used to detect multiple shot change data in those video compressed digital data with predetermined permutation, and build one index of those shot change data, comprises of the following steps:(1) in the video compressed digital data, according to the predetermined permutation mode building one mask set corresponding to the digital data;(2) according to the mask set, calculating possibility value of the shot change data in every video compressed digital data; (3) storing corresponding position of every video compressed digital data with possibility value grater than one predetermined one in the index, thereby based on the index those shot change data can be found.
