Abstract
A digital value finder and a digital value fining method are provided. The digital value finder includes a plurality of digital to time domain converters (DTCs) and a first arbitration apparatus. The DTCs respectively receive a plurality of input signals, and operate digital to time domain converting operation on the input signals for respectively generating a plurality of time domain signal. The first arbitration apparatus finds a position of a minimum index signal of the time domain signals according to transition speeds of the time domain signals, and compares transition speed of the minimum value signal with each of the time domain signal to find a minimum input signal of the input signals corresponding to the minimum value signal.
