Abstract

The invention provides a beryllium-free multielement copper alloy. The beryllium-free multielement copper alloy at least consists of 45 to 80at% of Cu (copper), 4 to 17at% of Al (aluminum), 3 to 19at%of Ni (nickel), and multiple metal elements of Cr (chromium), Fe (iron) and the like, wherein the atom percentage of Cr and Fe is greater than or equal to 0.5at%; the sum of atom percentages of Cr and Fe is greater than or equal to 2at%, and is smaller than or equal to 26at%; furthermore, the beryllium-free multielement copper alloy comprises at least one type of reinforcing element with total atom percentage no more than 15at%, and the reinforcing element is selected from Sn (stannum), Co (cobalt), V (vanadium), Ti (titanium), Mn (manganese), Zn (zinc), Pb (plumbum), Ge (germanium), C (carbon), P (phosphor), Mg (magnesium), Ce (cerium), Y (yttrium), La (lanthanum), B (boron), Sb (antimony), Zr (zirconium), Mo (molybdenum), Si (silicon), Nb (niobium) and the like. The beryllium-free multielement copper alloy has the advantages that the hardness is greater than HV200; the beryllium-free multielement copper alloy can be used for replacing the existing copper-beryllium alloy, and can beapplied into the manufacturing of electrodes, spark-free tools, bearings, gears, pistons and other members.
