Abstract
An intelligent coil leveling validating system and validating method thereof includes a platform, a leveling device, a curvature measuring device and a processor. The leveling device and the curvature measuring device are disposed on the platform. The leveling device includes a first leveling module and a second leveling module. A coil is moved between the first leveling module and the second leveling module. The coil has a first curvature before leveling and a second curvature after leveling. The curvature measuring device measures the second curvature. The processor computes a thickness, a width and the first curvature to produce a simulated moving distance of the second leveling module by a response surface method. In addition, the processor provides a feedback control to optimize a practical moving distance of the second leveling module via the simulated moving distance. Therefore, the present disclosure uses the real-time feedback control cooperated with a cloud server and a fault detection to adjust the leveling device so as to achieve an intelligent coil leveling validating process.
