Abstract
This invention relates to a temperature measuring method for a machined surface, suitable for measuring the temperature of a machined surface of a workpiece. The method comprises making a tool processing the workpiece so that a contact surface is formed between the tool and the workpiece; applying a temperature sensitive liquid containing lubricant and fluorescent molecules to the contact surface; irradiating the contact surface by an exciting light source to excite the fluorescent molecules in the temperature sensitive liquid to emit light; capturing an image generated by the emitted light of the excited fluorescent molecules in the temperature sensitive liquid by an image capturing device; analyzing the image by an image analyzing module to obtain a light intensity value of the emitted light of the excited fluorescent molecules in the temperature sensitive liquid; and obtaining the temperature of the temperature sensitive liquid according to the light intensity value by an operation processing module, so as to obtain the temperature of the contact surface.
