Abstract
A detection method includes: binarizing an input image related to a printed circuit board; determining a plurality of contour lines that belong to the boundary of black and white or the border of the input image, and defining as a plurality of line objects; filtering each line object according to a perimeter threshold and the number of times it passes through an image frame to obtain a plurality of candidate disconnected objects; judging whether each candidate disconnected object is classified as a first group of disconnected objects based on a midpoint coordinate of a disconnected end of each candidate disconnected object and a first set line distance. In this way, a detection method that can detect the line disconnection position of the printed circuit board without the use of standard templates and a large amount of data is realized.
