Abstract
An inspection chip suitable for examining and testing existence of fluorescence marked material in a fluid waiting test is disclosed. The inspection chip consists of a base, micro-channel units formed in the base, and sensing units inserted in the micro-channel units. The micro-channel units have cross connected sample cannel and inspection channel, and a laser channel and a light sensing channel that are installed at two sides of the inspection channel and which inner ends mutually correspond to the inspection channel. The sensing units have a laser optic fiber and a light sensing optic fiber respectively inserted in the laser channel and light sensing channel. The laser optic fiber transmits light illumination to the inspection channel. A part of the fluid waiting test flows into the inspection channel through the sample channel, and the fluorescence marked material is illuminated and then generates fluorescence reflection signal that is delivered outside the base through the light sensing channel.
