Abstract
A detection device includes a carrying unit, at least a reaction unit, a linear transporting unit, and a guiding unit. The carrying unit includes at least a hole. The reaction unit is disposed on one side of the hole. The reaction unit includes at least a reaction area. The reaction area includes a hydrophilic material. The hydrophilic material includes a detection reagent. The linear transporting unit is disposed on the other side of the hole with respect to the reaction unit. The linear transporting unit includes a sampling end and a transporting end. The guiding unit is in touch with the reaction unit and the transporting end of the linear transporting unit. The guiding unit collects a testing sample through the transporting end, making at least part of the testing sample react with the detection reagent. The present invention is advantageous for replacing the pipette with the linear transporting unit to collect testing sample and detecting without direct touch between the source of testing sample and the detection area.
