Abstract
A normal structure polymer solar cell comprises a transparent substrate, a light-transmissive conductive anode, a hole transporting layer, an active layer, an electron transporting layer and a cathode in sequence. The cathode is a bilayer structure using an aluminum electrode combined with a silver electrode. The bilayer structure is designed to use a low-cost aluminum metal as the main electrode material, and then cover the aluminum electrode with a thin silver metal as a protective layer. Thereby, the problem of cracking of the component due to penetration of water and oxygen into the component after encapsulation can be significantly improved, and the service life of the component is prolonged.
