Abstract
The present invention relates to derivatives of fenbufen, wherein the derivatives are derived from lactamization of fenbufen. The derivatives of fenbufen have cytotoxicity to cancer cells, including lung cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer or prostate cancer cells.
