Abstract
A universal baculovirus surface display system (UBSDS). The signal sequence (SS), transmembrane domain (TM), cytoplasmic domain (CTD) derived from the gp64 protein of baculovirus and histidine-tagged respectively was inserted into the pBacSC vector of UBSDS. Wherein, Four restriction sites between the histidine-tagged and gp64 transmembrane domain were established for expression of different foreign proteins. The UBSDS will therefore be a good platform for developing various subunit vaccines against viruses in the future.
