Abstract

一種淨化處理裝置,包括一容置液體的容器、一氣體擴散電極、一電解電極以及一供電單元。容器的側壁設有一開口。氣體擴散電極設置於設有開口的側壁上,以密封開口。氣體擴散電極為多孔性之導電材質,其朝向容器的一面具有疏水性以及一塗佈於該面上的觸媒層,另一面具有透氣性以供容器外之氧氣進入氣體擴散電極中。電解電極設置於容器內。供電單元的一端電性耦接至氣體擴散電極,另一端電性耦接至電解電極,以電解液體。氣體擴散電極能使進入到容器內的氧氣與液體電解產生的氫離子結合,以生成過氧化氫。觸媒層能將生成的過氧化氫催化氧化以產生氫氧自由基,藉以淨化液體。 A purification processing device includes a container for receiving a liquid, a gas diffusion electrode, an electrolytic electrode and a power supply unit. The sidewall of the container has an opening, and the gas diffusion electrode is disposed on the sidewall to seal the opening. The gas diffusion electrode is porous conductive material. One side of the gas diffusion electrode facing to the container is hydrophobic and a catalyst layer is coated on the side. Another side is air permeable for allowing the oxygen in the exterior of the container into the gas diffusion electrode. The electrolytic electrode is disposed in the container. The power supply unit has one end electrically connected to the gas diffusion electrode and another end electrically connected to the electrolytic electrode for electrolyzing the liquid. The gas diffusion electrode makes the oxygen entering the container and reacting with the hydrogen ions generated in the electrolyzed liquid to generate hydrogen peroxide. The catalyst layer makes the generated hydrogen peroxide oxidized in catalysis action to generate oxyhydrogen free radicals so as to purify the liquid.
