Abstract
This invention provides a diverging film reacting device which comprises a reacting pipe, a film and a blowing pipe. The reacting pipe, the film and the blowing pipe are arranged in order either from the inside to the outside, or from the outside to the inside. This film reacting device is characterized in that the cross sectional area of the reacting pipe increases from the front end to the back end in order that a flowing speed of raw gas in the reacting pipe decreases from the front end to the back end, which extends the time when the raw gas stays in the reacting pipe to increase the ratio of the raw gas in reaction. This invention further makes the cross sectional area of the blowing pipe decrease from the front end to the back end so that a flowing speed of blowing gas in the blowing pipe increases from the front end to the back end, accelerating the speed of removing generated gas that enters the blowing pipe through the film after the raw gas went through the reaction. As a result, a reaction efficiency inside the reacting pipe is improved.
