本发明提供一种热电模块,包括至少一PN结元件。PN结元件包括PN结结构、多个上电极以及至少一下电极。PN结结构包括N型热电构件与P型热电构件,其中N型热电构件与P型热电构件相向的侧面相接。上电极彼此分离且分别覆盖N型热电构件的部分上表面或P型热电构件的部分上表面。下电极覆盖N型热电构件的下表面与P型热电构件的下表面。本发明提供的热电模块,可有效地提升模块效率。
The invention provides a thermoelectric module which comprises at least one PN junction component. The PN junction component comprises a PN junction structure, a plurality of upper electrodes and at least one lower electrode. The PN junction structure comprises an N-type thermoelectric component and a P-type thermoelectric component, wherein the N-type thermoelectric component contacts with the faced side surface of the P-type thermoelectric component. The upper electrodes are separated from one another and respectively cover partial upper surface of the N-type thermoelectric component or partial upper surface of the P-type thermoelectric component. The lower electrode covers the lower surface of the N-type thermoelectric component and the lower surface of the P-type thermoelectric component. The thermoelectric module provided by the invention can effectively improve module efficiency.
