Abstract
A wireless sensing system and a method thereof are provided. A wireless sensor module acquires a source data and processes as a data structure named dynamic counting sketch. The length of the dynamic counting sketch is determined based on the readings of source data. The dynamic counting sketch is broadcast inside the wireless sensing system, and is subjected to an aggregation computation. Finally, the final aggregation result (also in format of a dynamic counting sketch) is sent to a base-station. Based on the final aggregation result, the base-station estimates the source data.
