Abstract
The invention provides a method for biological detection, which comprises the following steps of (A) providing a biosensor and a receptor, the biosensor includes a transistor and a response electrode. The response electrode is spaced apart from a gate of the transistor. The receptor disposes on the response electrode and bonds with the response electrode, and (B) disposing a ligand on the receptor, and applying a pulse voltage that has tunable pulse width and pulse height to the response electrode, causing in a voltage difference between the response electrode and the gate, and measuring a detection current which generates from the transistor in pulse width as to obtain the first sensing indicator.
