Abstract
The present invention provides a biocompatible bilayer porous matrix and preparation thereof. The bilayer porous matrix is composed of gelatin, chondroitin 6 sulfate, and hyaluronic acid, and prepared through freeze-drying technique at different temperature and time duration to form varied pore sizes on each layer. The present invention also provides a method of cell culture using the bilayer porous matrix.
