A synthesis method of magnetic particles and the microfluidic chip, which mainly guides a first fluid and a second fluid mixed with magnetic powder into a T-shaped first and second micro-channels, respectively. Effect of liquid-liquid emulsion will be generated at the confluence of the first and second micro-channels, and the second fluid is cut out to form droplets coated with magnetic powder, and mixed in the first fluid, then guided together into a continuous curved channel therein the droplets further react with a curing agent to be solidified into magnetic particles. Thus, in a simple, fast and low cost automation platform, mass-production of magnetic particles with uniform size and high biocompatibility can be achieved.
