Abstract
A control device and a control method for dynamically adjusting power of small-cell base stations are provided. The control device determines an interfered terminal number of each small-cell base station according to signal quality information of terminal devices, divides the small-cell base stations into a plurality of groups, and adjusts the power of the small-cell base stations of each group in order.
