Abstract
This invention, regarding a micro connector used in the microfluidic chip and its manufacturing method, is presented. The micro connector uses a metal wire to be as the connector-forming component, which is made of polymer material to be a unity by injection mold. Glue sticks, the mechanical drilling, and the precision-pointed position are all unnecessary. The manufacturing method can be used to connect the microfluidic channel and the capillary to reach the goal of eliminating the volume-holding phenomenon, to enhance the signal intensity while analyzing the capillary electrophoresis, the liquid chromatography, and the mass spectrographic detection, and to reduce the contamination of a sample.
