Abstract
A biochip for quick purification and extraction of bio-molecules comprises a chip body, an electromagnetic temperature controller and a temperature sensor. The chip body comprises three layers stacked bottom-up sequentially, and the layers define a reaction tank, a waste liquid tank, a mixing runner communicated between the reaction tank and the waste liquid tank, a pump part, and a pump gas chamber having a plurality of pump sections and a plurality of lag sections communicated between two adjacent pump sections. The pump sections can be aerated from two directions sequentially to make the pump part produce bi-directional creep-type pumping in the mixing runner. With the structural design of the chip body and the electromagnetic temperature controller and the temperature sensor disposed thereon, this invention provides a biochip for purification and extraction of bio-molecules with high stability and accuracy.
