Abstract
Provided is a manufacturing method of implantable chip for use inside organism body, which comprises: first, providing an implantable chip; then, enclosing the implantable chip with an ultranano-crystalline diamond film; and finally, performing a surface modification process to the ultranano-crystalline diamond film that encloses the implantable chip, so that a modified surface with biocompatibility is formed on a surface of the ultranano-crystalline diamond film, wherein the surface modification process adopts a hydrogen plasma or an oxygen plasma. As a result, the present invention makes use of the surface modification process to improve a tissue reaction caused by the implantable chip in an organism body and reduce the generated current leakage.
