Abstract
The invention is a microfluidic chip, operating system and operating method of the microfluidic chip for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The microfluidic chip comprises: a plurality of first and second storage chambers, which store separately different solutions for pretreatment and hybridization procedures of the FISH; a transporting unit, which is adjacent to the first storage chambers; a reaction unit, which is adjacent to the second storage chambers and put a biological target on it; a plurality of first valves, which are disposed separately between the first storage chambers and the transporting unit; and a plurality of second valves, which are disposed separately between the second storage chambers and the reaction unit; wherein the first and second valves are opened one by one according to a predetermined sequence, so as to transport successively the solutions of the first and second storage chambers to the reaction unit, and execute sequentially the pretreatment and hybridization procedures of the FISH to the biological target by the solutions.
