Abstract
A multi-dimensional data registration integrated circuit for driving array-arrangement devices is disclosed. The array-arrangement devices are divided into a plurality of first layer groups, each first layer group is divided into a plurality of second layer groups. The multi-dimensional data registration integrated circuit comprises a first layer address selection circuit, a second layer address selection circuit, and a data supply circuit. The first layer address selection circuit scans the first layer groups, and selects at least one of the first layer groups. The second layer address selection circuit scans the second groups. The data selection circuit writes plural data into the selected second layer group in cooperation with the scanning sequence of the second layer address selection circuit.
