Abstract
The present invention is about a microfluidic chip system for selection of aptamers, which comprises: a reaction chamber; a mixing/transportation unit, which is set upon said reaction chamber; a waste chamber; a waste channel, which is for connecting said waste chamber and said reaction chamber; a wash buffer storage chamber; a wash channel, which is for connecting said reaction chamber and said wash buffer storage chamber; a wash buffer mixing/transportation unit, which is set upon said wash buffer storage chamber and for transporting the wash buffer to said wash buffer channel; a reagent storage chamber; a reagent channel, which is for connecting said reaction chamber and said reagent storage chamber; a reagent mixing/transportation unit, which is set upon said reagent storage chamber for transporting the reagent to said reagent channel; a temperature control unit, which is set beneath said reaction chamber for heating said reaction chamber and detecting the variation of the temperature; and a magnetic field generation unit, which is for generating magnetic field in said reaction chamber. The present invention about the biochip system which is for operating SELEX (Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment) in a single biochip automatically and quickly screen a high affinity and high specific binding aptamers to target molecule. Comparing with the traditional SELEX method, the present invention provides a more fast and simple operating method.
