The invention discloses a cell culture device comprising a container and a culture carrier. The container has an opening for containing culture fluid. The culture carrier is inwardly disposed in the container from the opening to immerse in the culture fluid. The invention also discloses a culture carrier for culturing cells that comprises a cover body, a supporting portion and a containing portion, wherein the cover body is connected to the containing portion via the supporting portion.
