Abstract
An encoder. A first encoding unit receives an input frame and performs discrete cosine transformation on the input frame, quantitates the transformation result and generates a first frame by encoding according to a motion vector. Feedback unit inverse quantitates the quantization result, generates a processing signal and a reconstruction signal accordingly, and re-quantitates the processing signal to generate a re-quantization signal. A second encoding unit generates a second frame and an encoding signal according to the reconstruction signal. A third encoding unit generates a third frame according to the encoding signal and the re-quantization signal.
