Abstract
The present disclosure provides a sustained-release composition including a precursor and a carrier for producing a therapeutic gas. The precursor is diallyl trisulfide or magnesium, and the carrier includes poly lactic-co-glycolic acid and is provided for carrying the precursor with an efficient amount. Thereby, the present disclosure can release the precursor slowly so as to release the therapeutic gas slowly and continuously for the following application.
