Abstract
A device for bacterial culture and assay comprises a cover having a top surface and an upper wall; a plate having a bottom surface and a lower wall, wherein a closed space is formed between the cover and the plate by engaging the cover with and the plate; and a paper strip with a uniform material, and fixed to the cover, wherein the paper strip is used to absorb a desired liquid, and the closed space is used to contain a culture solution.
