Abstract
The invention provides a joint power distribution, precoding and decoding method and a base station. The method is suitable for a multiple-input-multiple-output nonorthogonal multiple access (MIMO-NOMA) system. The method comprises the following steps: 1) decomposing a precoder corresponding to each group into a first precoder multiplied by a second pre-encoder; 2) obtaining an MSE (mean-squared error) function of decoding signals of all user devices in each group; 3) calculating a power distribution factor of each group under the condition of minimizing the maximum values of all MSE functionsof each group; and 4) according to the calculated power distribution factor, obtaining a second precoder and a decoder of each group by minimizing the sum of the MSE functions of the decoding signalsof all user devices in all groups under the condition of limited total transmission power.
