Abstract
The present invention discloses a method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a droplet device of PCR and an array droplet device thereof. The steps of the method comprise that a liquid which comprises an analyzer is dropped on the heating coil of the droplet device to form a droplet, then dropping a hydrophobic liquid to prevent the droplet from evaporating. When an electric current or a voltage passes through at least one conducting wire to heat the heating coil, the inside of the liquid can produce a buoyancy, and promote the analyzer to move the top of the inside of the liquid. Finally, the analyzer is shifted in the inside to form a heating cycle, such that the analyzer will be amplified by the heating cycle.
