Abstract
Disclosed is a polymerase chain reaction chip comprising a base seat, a lubricate layer and a reaction layer. A heating device of a metal thin film from the deposition of lithography and metal deposition technology and a temperature sensor are installed on the base seat. The reaction layer covers on the base seat. A concave is provided on the other side of the base seat for placing the liquid carried on the polymerase chain reaction therein. The lubricate layer is provided between the base seat and the reaction layer and covers the heating device and the temperature sensor. By the lubricate layer, the reaction layer can be easily withdrawn and placed on the base seat and positioned correspondingly to the movement of the base seat. Thus, the reaction layer can be disposed of for avoiding the problem from the cleaning and the pollution of the reuse.
