Abstract
The invention provides a method for manufacturing a self-separation layer, comprising the following steps: forming a plurality of convex parts on a substrate, forming a main material layer on the convex part and separating the main material layer from the substrate. By adopting the manufacturing process, the main material layer can automatically separate from the substrate, thus do not need manufacturing procedures of laser lift-off, can effectively recycle the substrate for reuse, meet the demand of environmental protection and have the opportunity to provide extra economic benefits.
