Abstract
The invention provides a perylene diimide derivate having solubility and air stability, can be taken as an N-type organic semiconductor material. In the case that an electron withdrawing group is substituted for the structural center of the perylene diimide derivate, a benzene ring-containing functional group is substituted for the side chain, the solubility and air stability of the molecule can be elevated. The foregoing material can be applied to the organic semiconductor component through the solution process under low temperature and ambient atmosphere.
