Abstract
A composite photocatalyst, a manufacturing method thereof, the kits including the composite photocatalyst, and a bactericide photocatalyst are provided. A composite photocatalyst includes photocatalyst nanoparticles and platinum nanoparticles. The photocatalyst nanoparticles include a compound represented by the following chemical formula (1): A 2+ (B 3+ )2X4chemical formula (1), wherein A 2+ represents Zn 2+ , Sn 2+ , Cu 2+ , Fe 2+ , Mn 2+ , Ni 2+ , Co 2+ or Ag2 2+ ; B 3+ represents Fe 3+ , Mn 3+ or Cr 3+ ; and X represents O 2- .
