Abstract
A composite heat dissipation device includes a radiation heat dissipation structure, the radiation heat dissipation structure includes a polarized material, the polarized material is composed of a plurality of polarized material units, the polarized material unit has an optical phonon, wherein the polarized material can interacts with a solar radiation and a thermal radiation, the solar radiation interacts with the surface of the polarizing material unit to produce diffuse reflection, the thermal radiation interacts with the optical phonons, and the optical phonons increase the energy intensity of the thermal radiation.
