本發明提供一種複合式鎳-氧化鈰-氧化鋁奈米粒子簇觸媒的製備方法,其包含進行一溶液準備步驟、進行一氣霧化步驟、進行一烘乾步驟、進行一第一鍛燒步驟、進行一還原氣體加入步驟以及進行一第二鍛燒步驟。溶液準備步驟用以得到前驅物溶液。氣霧化步驟用以得到霧化液滴。烘乾步驟用以將霧化液滴透過蒸發誘導自組裝成微晶前驅物。第一鍛燒步驟用以得到氧化態觸媒,第二鍛燒步驟用以得到複合式鎳-氧化鈰-氧化鋁奈米粒子簇觸媒。藉此,本發明可調控觸媒的配方以達最適化功能性,可有效地應用於催化聚丙二醇還原胺化反應,以合成聚醚胺。
The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a nickel-cerium dioxide-aluminum oxide hybrid nanoparticle cluster catalyst. The method includes a solution preparation step, an aerosolization step, a drying step, a first calcining step, a reducing gas addition step and a second calcining step. The solution preparation step is provided for obtaining a precursor solution. The aerosolization step is provided for obtaining an aerosolized droplet. The drying step is provided to evaporation-induced self-assemble the aerosolized droplet into a precursor crystallite. The first calcining step is provided for obtaining an oxidation state catalyst. The second calcining step is provided for obtaining the nickel-cerium dioxide-aluminum oxide hybrid nanoparticle cluster catalyst. Accordingly, the present disclosure can control the condition of the nickel-cerium dioxide-aluminum oxide hybrid nanoparticle cluster catalyst to achieve high activity and good operation stability. The catalyst can be used to catalyze reductive amination of propylene glycol to synthesize the polyetheramine.
