Abstract
A method for producing an ultra-fine spinneret comprises: using a thick film photoresist to form a standing micro-structure on a substrate; using an electroplating process to form a metal plating layer surrounding the micro-structure; and using a subsequent processing to removing the photoresist and filling, thereby obtaining a precision micro-sized spinneret. Such a spinneret can have a unique structure with high aspect ratio, wear resistance, and multi-functions.
