Abstract
A device builds real-time road contour. The contour is used by a suspension control system. Road conditions, like holes, cracks, protuberances, etc. are precisely kept abreast. Faster preparations can be done for reducing shocks of a passenger cabin beforehand with expansion and compression of shock absorber. With the real-time road contour, an active suspension system is well controlled. With a backend cloud for monitoring, real-time dynamic statuses of the suspension system are updated; optimized control signals are outputted. Thus, the suspension system is precisely and well controlled.
